Barrett, Bonacci & Van Weele (BBV) provided comprehensive civil engineering and land surveying services for the re-development and subdivision of a 22-acre former industrial site into a new 260,063 GFA Pharmaceutical facility. This facility is inclusive of office, warehouse, laboratory and storage space and a new 79,938 GFA bottling plant.  Services also included development of a bio-swale on the town’s 22-acre property to handle runoff from both the town ROW and portions of the development. Professional services included boundary and topographic survey’s, easement maps and descriptions, site engineering design, sewer and water design, bio-swale design, SWPPP inspections and associated municipal approvals.
