Barrett, Bonacci & Van Weele (BBV) provided comprehensivecivil engineering and land surveying services for the redevelopment of a 12-acre multi-tenant retail development to include an 80,000 sf grocery store with associated site improvements. Professional services included boundary & topographic surveys, and engineering services associated with obtaining approval for the rehabilitation of existing site improvements. This included parking fields, on-site storm water management system, erosion and sediment control, water supply, and off-site roadway improvements. BBV redesigned existing drainage system and parking lot to meet standards of Town of Hempstead.
