Barrett, Bonacci & Van Weele (BBV) was responsible for the engineering work for two gated luxury apartment complexes totaling over 500 units. The engineering services performed consisted of site grading, design of storm drainage and sanitary sewer systems. It also included the coordination of design and construction for off-site improvements along Ruland and Republic Roads, including the installation of a traffic signal at the nearby intersection.  Surveying services included completion of boundary and topographic surveying, and preparation of as-built plans of the existing roadway and drainage structures. Extensive coordination was provided to address concerns related to the operation and future expansion of the nearby Republic Airport.
