Barrett, Bonacci & Van Weele, P.C. provided comprehensive engineering and surveying services in conjunction with the development of a new 120,000 sf, five-story residential building. Sited as an L framed plan, the building offers street frontage along with its Park Avenue address, with secondary facades addressing both the transit hub and downtown Main Street. Porous pavement was implemented on this project for the design of the parking lot.
