Barrett, Bonacci & Van Weele (BBV) was responsible for the engineering surveys for Phase I of commercial re-development of Ronkonkoma Hub. This included a boundary survey, topographic survey, and extensive utility research and survey. We coordinated efforts with Metropolitan Transit Authority, Starrett Housing Corporation, and Town of Brookhaven’s Departments of Economic Development and Highways. Project will entail approximately 50 acres of transit-oriented mixed use community.
