Engineering services included bikeway and pedestrian design, drainage studies, drainage system engineering, fire supply analysis and design, parking design, potable water system and backflow design, sanitary sewer system design, site grading, site lighting design, and storm water management. Boundary, construction and topographic surveys were also completed.
