Barrett, Bonacci & Van Weele (BBV) provided surveying, planning and site engineering for a 360 unit residential community on 37.8 acres in the Town of Islip. This also included the development of a brand new baseball pavilion on the premises. Scope of work included all facets of site design including internal roadway layout, grading, drainage, detention pond, on-site sewer system, hydraulic analysis of private water main and obtaining approvals from reviewing agencies and municipalities.
